- A NEW YOU WIGS is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. All information is kept private and used exclusively to process your order efficiently. We will not sell your name or information for any reason. The confidential information collected about you when you contact us is used soley to respond to your request or to process your online order. We may collect your name, physical address, email address, phone number, credit card information and your wig measurements. We do not reveal this information to any other party with the exception of those outside parties deemed required to process that specific request.
Any email address we collect is utilized to provide an individual with information about A NEW YOU WIGS or to process an order online. Your email address will be kept confidential and will not be shared with outside parties for any purpose other than to process information requests. You may receive information directly from A NEW YOU WIGS about new products, services and/or incentive programs on our website. You will be given the opportunity to opt out from receiving this information should you so desire.
Payment Method
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders. The transaction will appear as A NEW YOU on your credit card statement. For international customers, money orders and cashier’s checks must be made in US dollars. We do not accept personal checks. Please be sure to provide your name as it appears on your credit card and your address as it appears on your billing statement. We also need the phone number associated with your credit card. We do not accept any orders that do not meet these criteria.Order Policy
Our online store is open Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 10am to 5pm EST. Orders received before 2pm EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2pm are processed the next business day. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are generally delivered within 3 – 4 business days. Next day, and second day delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call us directly at 888-682-0986 for price. Delivery schedule date is not guaranteed for delays due to insufficient or incorrect information provided by customer, terrorism, riots, strikes, labor disputes, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, natural disasters or inclement weather. We require delivery signature for all orders. There are no exceptions to this rule. If your order is non-deliverable because the carrier made three unsuccessful delivery attempts, wrong address or customer refused the package, the shipping costs (to and from) will be deducted from the store credit. You can make arrangements to have your package redelivered by contacting our customer service department within 3 business days and pay an additional handling fee.Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all purchases shipped to Maryland. International orders are subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. You are considered the importer and are responsible for charges for customs clearance. Custom policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. You are solely responsible for any taxes and duties imposed on your package. If A NEW YOU WIGS is inadvertently billed for these charges your credit card will be billed for the amount due.Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation phone call or email once we receive your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped which may contain a tracking number and estimated delivery date. The tracking number will link to the carrier’s website where you can track the status of your delivery. Not all carriers provide this service so you will not receive tracking information for standard orders. If we do not have your email address we will not be able to provide tracking information unless you call us at 888-682-0896.Returns
A NEW YOU WIGS strives to provide our customers with the best quality wigs available and we stand behind our products 100%. Stock wigs are accepted for exchange for an item of equal value. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must ship your item within 3 business days from receiving the RA number. Please provide our customer service department the tracking information. The returned item must be in brand new condition and have its original and undamaged labels attached and be in its original undamaged packaging. The items may not be worn/used, combed, brushed, cut, washed, have hair products applied to them or exposed to strong odors such as smoke or perfume. You are responsible for shipping charges for the return and shipment of the new item. Any return item received with missing items or without original packaging will be sent back to you at your own expense and will not be exchanged. All sales are final on custom wigs, adhesives, solvents, protectors, styling, and maintenance and clearance items.The returned item must be in a shipping box. Do not send it an envelope. Do not tape, mark or attach anything that could damage the original factory package. Damaged packages will not be accepted for return. In addition, the RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. Your return will be processed promptly.
